EVANS, Anthony T. age 45, of Beavercreek, died Sunday Nov. 23, 2008. He was an employee of Eastman Kodak, a member of The Vineyard Church, Fraternal Order of Eagles, K.I.D. Club and a 1981 graduate of Beavercreek High School. Surviving are his children, Ashley and Tyler and their mother Jennifer Evans and her mother Susan Frain; father and step-mother, Charles and Connie Evans; brother, Nicholas O. and Alicia Evans of Columbus, OH; aunt, Janet and Dave Armstrong of New Carlisle; uncle, Robert J. and Marsha Evans of Pittsburgh; step-brother, Bob and Angela Bartha; uncle, Allen and Garnett Hess of Springfield; friend, Kim Wiley. His mother Nancy A. Evans (Hess) and step-sister Sheilah Johnson-Silvio preceded him in death.
