(1963-1985) From Dayton, Ohio, was killed Aug. 8 [1985] at Buffalo Hump, Idaho, in a mountain climbing accident. He was a 1985 graduate of Ohio University, president of the Alpine Club at the University, president of Sigma Gamma Epsilon, and the National Honorary Society for Earth Sciences. He was also an Eagle Scout. He is survived by his parents, Roger and Carolyn Pruett Brislawn; one brother, Jeff Brislawn of Dayton; one sister, Lee Ann Goetz of Vermont. Also surviving are his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Pruett of Campbellsville and Anna Brislawn of Dayton.

I only knew Scott in my senior year as I moved to Dayton as a junior but he was the nicest guy and a good friend. I remember water skiing with him, Ray Czwakiel and a few other guys on senior skip day. Went through a Iot of beer that day. Good memories.
