ECKERT, Joseph C. Age 55 of Fredericksburg Va, formerly of Dayton Oh. Passed away April 30 after a lengthy battle with heart Issues. By Gods' grace his pain is over. Preceded in death by his father Gerald Eckert and nephew Jeffrey Cline. Survived by his mother Julia and stepfather Thomas Garvin, sister Elizabeth Bellitt, Stepmother Kay Eckert and Grandnieces Lillian and Aria Cline. No services. No mother could ask for a better son.
